Working one on one with Cari was powerful. She is the real deal. The level of calm she carries is not something you learn, it’s embodied. The moment she begins, the atmosphere and your nervous system shifts. Her breathwork guidance is intuitive, and deeply attuned. I felt completely supported and able to go exactly where I needed to go. Having a sound bath woven into the breathwork is extraordinary. The experience is so immersive. The way Cari blends breath and sound moves through your whole body. It is regulating, expansive, and deeply healing. Cari doesn’t just hold space. She anchors it. If you have the opportunity to work with her, take it.
If you have the chance to experience breathwork, a sound bath, or a retreat with Cari, consider yourself blessed and do it. She brings so much warmth, care, intuition, and thoughtfulness into everything she offers. Her heart centered, ethereal presence truly shines through. Her sound baths are next level. So many people in our group said it was the best sound bath they have ever experienced. It felt channeled rather than forced. Etheral, spacious, and never overwhelming. Deeply powerful. Her breathwork sessions are incredibly profound as well! They are deeply healing and truly transformative!Cari is a gifted space holder and a beautiful being of light. She brings so much integrity into everything she creates. Thank you, Cari, for being you and for sharing your incredible, innate, and beautifully honed gifts with the world so generously 💕🌬️🪈

During our session, I felt very safe and open, which allowed me to fully immerse in the breathwork process. Cari is incredibly intuitive and compassionate, and guides with a calm, caring energy. Her deep knowledge of breathwork techniques and her ability to create a supportive space made the entire session conducive to a big breakthrough and emotional release on my part. I left the session feeling lighter, more connected to myself, and with a renewed sense of peace and balance. I highly recommend Cari to anyone interested in breathwork.
