Had a great 1 on 1 with Glyn. She was very poised, thorough, and grounding. Her visualizations and thoughtfully curated music were moving. I really appreciated her cues and guidance throughout. I felt held and received clarity, which left my body feeling lighter, more aware, and excited for new pathways. Grateful for Glyn and our session.

I recently had a 1:1 online Conscious Connected Breathwork session with Glyn and I absolutely loved it! She provided a really nice overview of how the session would go and what I could expect. And then she lead us into the breathwork with a few minutes to ground and connect before beginning. She gave nice prompts throughout reminding me to breathe and stay connected. Her music that played was so beautiful and really helped connect me to my breath and go deeper into the experience. Her presence was always felt and her voice was steady and soothing.
During the session I had so much clarity about a few things in my life, it was like the breathwork activated my creativity. Feeling really excited now to jump into what’s next for me. Thanks so much Glyn for factilitating such a beautiful experience! Highly Recommended!
