I’ve had 2 sessions with Maria Jose and they both have been absolutely fantastic! One was in a group session and one was a one on one. Both times I was so struck by her soft yet powerful ablity to hold space during the breathwork sessions. I love her voice and the music she played during the session really helped me get deeper into my process. I was able to release many things I’d been holding on to and left both sessions feeling more centered and lighter. And very grateful for the experience. Thanks Maria Jose!

Maria Jose did an incredible job. Her framing was thoughtful and thorough, the playlist was perfectly curated, and her voice and guidance felt both calming and intentional throughout. She took the time to tailor the session to the theme I wanted to explore, which made the experience feel very personal. I felt completely safe and held from start to finish. I would absolutely breathe with her again.

Throughout the session, she guided me with immense love and presence. Her intuitive timing and supportive cues were exactly what I needed to navigate the more challenging moments. The experience was truly transformative; I uncovered deep insights about myself and released long-held emotions. I cannot recommend Maria Jose enough and look forward to my next session!

The breathwork experience was amazing! María José was an incredible guide and companion throughout the whole process. It was a deeply cathartic and beautiful experience. Even though I knew I was always in control and could stop at any time, I felt so safe and supported that I allowed myself to let go and fully embrace the experience.
