Mike is an absolutely wonderful facilitator – highly skilled and intuitive. His depth of knowledge about the science of the breath is impressive, but what truly sets him apart is his kindness and the genuine care he brings to creating a safe space for deep healing. Can’t recommend Mike enough.

I had the great fortune of breathing with Mike at a retreat in Mexico. His care and kindness shows through with each breath he took. His facilitation was clear, thorough, and thoughtful. I loved the music and appreciated the reiki touch during my breathe. If you ever get a chance to breathe under Mikes guidance…DO! Cari

Mike held a beautiful session for me online, and I went into the session with the intention to work on the concept of receiving. It was a very synchronized session with Mike prompting me and every time a prompt came it was the exact right one for that moment. Playlist was a dream and totally spot on. There was a song that was only a frequency, that’s when I completely surrendered to the sensation and started crying. Turns out the frequency was for the root chakra. It was such a deep session and Mike guided it so so well. I felt so safe and supported . Thank you!

This was a new experience for me. I did enjoy myself, Mitchell was excellent. From the time I walked in, to the intro and all the way through the session; I was very happy. Very relaxed and comfortable. I would highly recommend Mitchell as he is a great leader.
