About
I graduated with a degree in Psychology from Northeastern University, and since then I’ve devoted my work to understanding how healing unfolds through the connection between the mind, body, heart, and nervous system.
Over the years, I’ve continued my training in trauma-informed and somatic approaches, becoming a Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach, a Conscious Connected Breathwork practitioner, and a graduate of the NeuroAffective Touch® Foundation Training. Today, I integrate these approaches to support healing in a way that is gentle, compassionate, and deeply rooted in nervous system awareness.
I specialize in working with developmental trauma, childhood attachment wounds, and the lasting impact of early relational experiences. Together, we explore the protective patterns that once helped you survive, creating space for greater safety, self-understanding, and a more authentic connection with yourself.
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It is about returning to who you were before you learned you had to protect yourself. My intention is to offer a space where you can feel deeply seen, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and gradually experience more presence, trust, and ease in your everyday life.

1 Review on “Sebnem Dural”
I had a really beautiful session with Sebnem and I can’t recommend her enough. From the very beginning her voice was soft, soothing and nurturing, and I felt safe in her hands before the breath even began.
She prepared me in advance by sending a message letting me know what to bring, which was such a thoughtful and caring touch. She opened the session with a grounded meditation to help me land in my body, explained the journey clearly, and even asked for a favourite song of mine to weave into the playlist. When it came on, it brought up a lot of emotion, and the way Sebnem held that moment was what stood out to me most. She offered her energetic presence across the screen and said “we are here together.” I felt genuinely held.
She was also incredibly mindful of the fact that I was fasting and adapted the breathing technique accordingly, without making it feel clinical at all. It was just quietly held as part of how she worked with me.
Sebnem stayed present and vocal throughout the entire journey, guiding and supporting the breath the whole way through, and she ended the session beautifully with an expressive grounding activity using pens and paper that she had asked me to prepare in advance.
Her energy is stunning. If you get the chance to work with her, take it!
