You’ll be compassionately guided throughout the journey by Megan, founder of Unity Breathwork and a highly experienced trauma-informed facilitator and teacher trainer. Whether you’re brand new to breathwork or already exploring somatic healing, this session offers a powerful glimpse into what’s possible when you breathe with intention and support.
This is a chance to move beyond talk-based tools and work directly with the body to release trapped emotions and survival energy stored in the nervous system. This activating style of breathwork helps unwind patterns of fight, flight, and freeze, supporting the body in restoring balance from within.

This practice also helps clear emotional blockages, access deep clarity and insight, reprogram limiting subconscious patterns, and reconnect you with your inner wisdom. Many people experience notable positive shifts in just one session—physically, emotionally, and mentally.

What to Expect:
The full breathwork segment runs for approximately 100 minutes and includes a 60-minute Conscious Connected Breathwork journey designed to alter your state of consciousness, awaken your inner wisdom, and activate your innate healing intelligence. Please set aside 2 hours – the total time will depend on questions and shares.
We’ll begin with time to explain the technique, set intentions, and create a safe, supportive space. After the journey, there’s space to ground, journal, share, and integrate what arose.
You’ll be compassionately guided by a highly experienced, trauma-informed facilitator.
