With Breathwork online sessions, you can embark on deep and heaing inner journeys from the comfort and safety of your own home. While some may worry about not experiencing the same depth of benefits as in-person sessions, this fear is unfounded. With conscious connected breathwork, the breath is both the medicine and the guide, so online breathwork can be just as powerful as in-person sessions. In fact, many participants find that a single connected breathwork session can be more insightful and transformative than plant medicine or ongoing talk therapy.

You can choose from various options, including 1:1 online breathwork sessions, couples sessions, or group sessions, which can be organized for those who wish to experience the journey together virtually.

What to Expect with a Unity Breathwork, Online Session:

 We will meet for 90-minutes on Zoom. If it is a private 1:1 breathwork session, we will begin by discussing anything you might be going through in your life and anything you might like to address, release, or work on. If it is a couples or group online breathwork, we will set and share an intention for the session. I will then explain to you the circular breathing technique and share what to expect and what might happen, so that you get the most out of the session.  

After the introduction, you will find a comfortable place to lie down with the camera on you, close your eyes and prepare to embark on a deep inward journey. The circular breathing segment will last about 60 minutes and it will be supported by a thoughtfully curated playlist. You may encounter some resistance in the begining, but if you follow the deep, circular breathing pattern, after about 10 minutes, you will drop into an altered state of consciousness, and the rest of the time will fly by. By the end, participants often can’t believe it has been a whole hour.

Throughout the breathwork online session, I will be holding space virtually with my voice and providing distance Reiki, a form of energy healing. Towards the end, I will invite you to begin breathing normally again and give you plenty of time to ground back into your body, as you will be in an altered state and need time to return. Then, I will invite you to sit up and share your experience to help integrate it. Finally, we will take some grounding breaths together and close the session off.

Breathwork is widely regarded as one of the most powerful and profound healing modalities and it is capable of facilitating significant and lasting change. Many people experience rapid progress with breathwork, often surpassing that achieved with other methods. While it’s common for individuals to report transformative experiences from their very first session, achieving true and enduring change requires a deeper commitment. Although a single session can lead to life-changing breakthroughs, consistent practice is essential to truly rewire your brain and reprogram your subconscious mind.

For those seeking deep and lasting transformation through conscious connected breathing, we recommend committing to at least five online breathwork sessions, spaced either weekly or biweekly. This structured approach allows the cumulative effects of breathwork to take hold, facilitating a more profound and sustained healing process. Once the initial sessions are complete, you will likely feel like a whole new person—more confident, empowered, patient, resilient, and in flow. You will have worked through limiting programming, and the grip of any harmful coping mechanisms will have loosened. Your happiness set point may also increase.

However, life continues to present challenges, and as long as we’re alive, there is always room for growth and awakening. After completing your initial five circular breathing sessions, you will likely benefit from “top-up” sessions every couple of months. While these are not necessary, most people find breathwork creates such a powerful reset in the mind, body, and nervous system that they want to revisit it occasionally to maintain their uplifted spirits.

Just one session of conscious connected breathing can be so rejuvenating that many people liken it to the feeling of returning from a deeply relaxing and revitalizing week-long vacation. While vacationing every couple of months isn’t feasible for most of us, committing to a 90-minute breathwork online is incredibly easy, affordable, and convenient.
