If you’re ready to embark on a Breathwork journey in a supportive group setting, we warmly invite you to join one of our Wednesday sessions at Modo Yoga Brooklin – happening July-Mid September only.

This is a unique opportunity to breathe and heal in a community setting. You will embark on a deep inner journey and alter your state of consciousness similar to plant medicine, but with just your breath. This will allow you to become your own healer and to gain the insights and releases that you need to become your healthiest, happiest, and most abundant self.

About half of the participants in these groups are first-timers, and there is no experience necessary. You don’t even have to be spiritual or believe in ‘woo woo’ things – conscious connected breathwork works for everyone. I’m also available for private sessions for those who would like a more personalized or intimate experience or to work on something specific.
